GoodLookingandBinary (GLAB) Contest
Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

- The GLAB Contest is open to individuals who are currently enrolled in a university or college. Individuals not enrolled in a university or college are not eligible to participate.

- If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to participate in the contest.

- By participating, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, authentic, and true to yourself.

2. Submission Requirments:

- Your submission must include your name, email address, phone number, social media ID, a brief description about yourself, and your answer to the Question of the Week.

- You must upload a clear image of yourself in a school or class setting, another personal image of yourself, and a short video introducing yourself.

- The school ID card uploaded must be genuine and current. Fake or altered ID cards are strictly prohibited.

- The description about yourself must be original and not contain copyrighted materials or plagiarized content.

3. Use of Images and Videos:

- By participating in the contest, you grant GoodLookingandBrainy the right to use your submitted images and videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.

- These images and videos may be showcased to celebrate your participation and achievements within the GLAB Contest.

4. Selection Process and Voting:

- Our team will review all submissions and select four (4) participants for each [Male/Female] Elegance Week.

- The selected participants will be presented for voting by the community during the designated voting period.

- The participant with the highest number of votes at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner.

5. Winner Notification:

- The winner will be notified via email provided during the application process.

- The winner will be required to provide their bank account details for the prize transfer.

6. Prize:

- The winner will receive a cash prize as indicated in the contest announcement.

- The prize will be transferred to the winner's provided bank account.

7. Code of Conduct:

- All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly during the contest.

- Use of fake pictures, videos, or identification cards is strictly prohibited.

- Plagiarism, using copyrighted materials, or misrepresentation of yourself is not allowed.

8. Consent:

- If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian to participate in the contest.

9. Disqualification:

- GoodLookingandBrainy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability:

- GoodLookingandBrainy is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect your participation or the contest outcome.

11. Changes and Updates:

- GoodLookingandBrainy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time, and to amend these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law:

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
